Rule 7
Documents to be attached with the application for party registration
When applying for party registration according to rule 5, a political party should attach the following documents and details:-
(a) Constitution of Political Parties,
(b) Manifesto of political party,
(c) Rules of Political Parties,
(d) Flags, symbols,
of political parties (e) Specimen of the official seal of the political party,
(f) Photocopies of certificates of Nepalese citizenship of the officers of the Central Executive Committee or similar central level committee,
(g) A document proving that if he was represented in the then Constituent Assembly elected in the year 2064,
(h) Authorization letter obtained by authorized person for registration of political party,
(i) Petition signed with the support of at least ten thousand voters. However, in the case of political parties, if they are represented in the then Constituent Assembly elected in the year 2064, such a signed application will not be required.
